in 2050, we all own 1 million HDB flats or even more.many hdb flats will have less than 30 yr lease in 2050.

Punggol tat side is now onlooking tat reclaimed Coney Island??

Not too sure how reclaimed it went.

btw, happened to see the new MSCP design... Seems like they're no longer offering rooftop parking lots, it's given for green

Coney Island also reclaimed before. North coast only small pockets can be considered original shorelines. West and south totally altered.

I guess it's left Khatib & Sembawang Rd End or even Admiralty Rd West's coastal end tat's left untouched.

Sembawang end was reclaimed in the 1930s when they built the naval base.

Khatib and perhaps a small stretch at Lim Chu Kang Road end could be considered original shoreline.
