I dunno, it took more than an hour and lots of tihngs I don't agree so lots of corrections both in English and Hokkien.

Disagree is ok. Never heard of may be because of different parts of Amoy - far or near district differences. Let me see how's the results then I discuss with you another time.

dunno if I can do it all oner again, i dun have chinese characters so I really need to find or write it out. May be post me short notes rather than long lists. It quite strenous for me.

unfortunately hokkien is not easily tranversed for mandarin which is a much simpler and less detailed language.

lunch is assam fish with rice.
