You got it all wrong.
Lane 1 is the extreme right lane, it is the overtaking lane.
Lane 2 is usually the centre lane,
Lane 3 is the extreme left lane, for slow vehicles, and for
expressway exit.
Speed limit on our express way (for all lanes) is currently 90
kmph, go over this limit, or the posted limit, at your own risk of
a speeding ticket.
No such thing as Lane 3 is for 70 kmph and below. General rule is
keep left, overtake on the right. Therefore slower vehicles, out of
courtesy should keep on the extreme left lane. Same for goods
vehicles and trucks, and motorcycles.
Do not think that you are driving at this speed, therefore you
should be in this lane. Thats wrong.
Drive within the limits of your ability, taking into the
consideration the road condition and traffic situation.
