i just graduated from a uni...went to a marketing job interview
and the boss offered me a marketing position except that the
company has NO marketing department before!
the boss wants me to be the sole person handling marketing and i
have no experience! is she crazy or what?
should i accept the offer? the idea of working alone with no
experience is abit too much..help!!
What are you complaining about?
#1 You get to set up the system
#2 You are given an opportunity to prove yourself which many
people would die for
#3 The boss thinks you can handle the job and that you are
responsible and capable enough
#4 Experience is over-rated
