I also remember reading it as a joke, which was written mostly with
Japan/ Tokyo as the place. It's quite old already. And we dont even
know if such things really exist or the list was completely made up
by someone.
I also wonder what is the motivation of someone else, who modify
this joke or story, and change the places to all in China.
Whats more sad is that some people take this email or story as true
or almost half-true. Then this is just a slander and a negative
campaign, and it plays to drum up some anti Chinese sentiments and
a negative potrayal of China, while actually it's just a total
made-up.
