Strike him, unless he has valid personal reasons, explain to him
he has contributed nothing and has arrived for meetups late, so
unless he can explain why with valid proof, there is no reasons for
him to get the marks.
After all, the point of a project is performance grading right? If
you can't avoid failing, might as well learn from it, you can pass
that idea on to him and he will buck up his ideas for the re
remodule of his modules.
