AugoeideS SG Blood provides rich nutrient for microbes to grow. Eat bloody meat machiam eating meat + potentially gazillions of microbes if it is not processed properly... In microbiology, we even use blood agars as a culture medium to grow some of the more fastidious microbes.

seow SG I always eat my pork liver half cooked, cooked might as well not eat. First and last time i had steak was at ikea, the blood somewhat tasted somewhat good, so was the meat, all chewy and stuff. Bloody chicken wings though, eat liao laosai....
huiz SG yesh pig's blood is solidified. not sure if they add something to make it curdle or through some other processes. but the end product is cut into cubes so it looks like pale red tofu.
