for local travel agency, i photocopy front and back of cc and
fax over
along with photocopy of passport
no problems
but oni need to do one time, the first time
after tt they have the record liao then no need le
but from wat i know, when u reach the hotel (overseas) then u need
to present the cc, no need to fax over details first.
most hotels accept this kinda arrangement.
