Go to very expensive hotel and order very cheap meal.. ex like fried mee, fried rice..bread..ham.. then whn ppl heard you go expensive hotel , they sure give you big angpau cuz paiseh they think you treat them good food ,, mana tau,,, hahahahaha i bet u can get 50% more than your budget

OCEANOS SG Community Centre is good, can hold 100 tables or more. Also it is not cheap actually depending on what kind of food, some can be on par with hotel with better food. Go hold at Clubhouse then... Hokkien Club or Grassroot Club etc..
