ok thread starter... here's my input...
bring her for a movie... juz happen to rest your hand next to
hers... and juz stay there... if you are abit bold, and she does
not move away... put on finger on her hand (the little one.) don't
stop looking at the screen...
if you're shopping, then trying to bring your hand near hers, like
you're touching fingers, slowly she will get use to it.
if she moves her hand away, its ok, try again.

anyway from my experience, there are some girls tat don't like
holding hands and hugging in public, they juz are not into it.
don't know why...
