toyota-corolla SG hey people i notice that Honda Civic 2006 Vti-s come with a paddle shift, what is a paddle shift?
~WRX sti~ SG paddle at the steering wheel there... for u to change gear... so u don nid to move ur hand down to the gear stick...
ceecookie SG no need..its Tiptronic already..paddle shift just help u to change gear easier and more sporty rather than using a hand to control tiptronic mode on the gearbox..something like a shortcut
ceecookie SG er...for some car the Tiptronic mode is just next to the D..so u just click the gearstick to the T mode and then its activated...have u drove an auto b4 btw?
ceecookie SG lol i am speaking in mechanical and crude way for car topics coz i dont even have a driving licence
n0x SG honda civic vti-s has a s option below the d.. so u shift ur auto gear stick to s and play with the paddles..
AE86tofu SG dude...plz check b4 u confuse ppl ok....do u even know wads the diff between triptronic and SMG or selespeed....
n0x SG no is S confirm... unless u bought the wrong version.. there is the VTI and the VTI-S... and there is no reason to include a D3 if u can play with the gears...
toyota-corolla SG i remember my dad brought VTI-S, confirm one. oh well, shall wait for the car to come to double confirm bah
