Ponders SG it REALLY is this lehceh when i was staying in Canada. apply to building manager to inform him/her drilling times. specify the purpose of drilling inform landlord intention of drilling. Cable operator will contact landlord that permission is given. cable operator will ensure the drilling will not interfere with other underlying cables. cable guy makes sure no electrical wire around.
