you are selected they will send you an appointment letter...inside
that letter they will tell you whether you are going straight into
NIE or whether you have to become a contract teacher first...
Being a contract teacher is not bad, salary the same as what you
get when you first go into NIE The salary is also
dependent on your qualifications and working experience...
