Picanto, in my opinion, shld suits you very well for your
demands for a car.
Since power & space is not much of an issue and FC's of a high
concern to you, then Picanto shld be suitable for your usage.
And of course, for Picanto, like some have said, don't take up a
car loan of 10yrs (Not too advisable).
