S/CC are suffixes.
Anyway, ya, wait for ppl to answer the TP/ROV plate
difference.
TE... all along i thought its Taiwan since they do not have
official diplomatic relation hence CD/CC plates not entitled to
them. Since the "embassy" in singapore is actually Taipei Trade
& Cultural Office.
Anyway, since you say it's S/66xx/CC.... hmm so be it then.
So what is TE? hmmm......i am thinking if they belong to
Embassies/Consulates where there are no Consul or Ambassador
representing the country locally.
Just like some Singapore Ambassador still stay in singapore even
though they Ambassador accredited to a country.
