Ya, I've seen a lot of those in ministers' motorcades. They
belong to the Police Security Command (PSC) division, which is in
charge of protecting VIPs.
They're all white, Volvo S70s and 850s, and two Volkswagen
Touraregs. Civilian plates, but their ERP IU units are green, like
on all police cars.
