Firstly.. Admission is one issue.. Evidence is another.. In
order to make an admission into an evidence.. u need much more than
the above stated..
Secondly, if u wanna use this admission and confession act..
it must be done in an appropriate manner, place and
situation..
a place like here? *shakes head* nono..
not substantial enough to pass off as evidence..
in law.. the power of weightage is being considered..
Oral statement must be done in front of a legal person..
legal person - lawyer, judge, police investigation..etc..
Appropriate place - Even if u told a judge at a hawker centre that
u killed someone.. Its not gonna be recognised.. Why?
1. Inappropriate place.
2. No evidence - no recording in form of paper, tapes..etc..
3. You didn't even made the Court's traditional Vow/oath
statement..
(To speak the truth and nothing but the truth.. blah
blah!!)..
Written form evidence must be of substantial source..
do u think this forum is considered a substantial source?
nope~
besides.. this act is usually used in offences such as murder or
other crime cases that involves injuries..
Probably only used in speeding situations when people are
caught(first eye handed by traffic polices PLUS they NEED a
SIGHTAGE or PICTURE wif the USUAL SpEEd meter to PROVE that they
DID really WITNESS someone SPEEDING).. and sent to
court(appropriate place)... with vows/oaths(appropriate
considerations).. with legal judges/lawyers/admin(appropriate and
recognised legal entities to authorised and run the case and to
deem the substantialbility behind a particular statement made in
court).. *winkz*
