Shantelle SG Its sad to say that.. if the SG govt merely ASK people not to smoke and drink and speed.. its not gonna be effective.. The only reason why it works.. is becoz of the HEAVY FINES that comes together wif their "ever so convincing" SPEECH.. ** Imagine if SG govt doesn't FINE people and JUST simply "ASK" people not to smoke, speech, commit crimes, etc.. asking based merely on speech.. u know it yourself.. its USELESS without HEAVY FINES included to back up their speech.. zerocool85 SG shantalle.. speeding recklessly (2-3times above speed limit) on roads is a wrong thing.. definitely. it maybe deserted.. but there might be other cars that MIGHT be there too.. They may have scouted the area but YOU never know wat can happen. I'm not putting SEI and his friends down.. I do believe that [email protected] is trying to put across to them that if they want to speed, do it on the tracks where the road conditions are smooth and flat without any other cars/road users.. because if accidents happens the track, only YOU bear the consequences of the accident.. not other innocent victims using the road..
