Like in any well organised groups, whenever the Leadership is
removed, there will always be another one trained to takeover that
position.
In the above video ‘Navy Seals in
Afghanistan – 26 June 2006’ - the Navy Seals was
shown to have successfully erased a well
known Taliban Commander in Southern Afghanistan in 2006.
Despite this achievement in 2006, the Taliban remained a force
to be contested with, and resulted in current ongoing
operations to regain Southern Afghanistan.
It shows that the nest of snakes has many heads that will need
to be carefully and effectively cut before normalcy
can return.
