It really depends how serious your company is interms of dealing
with private and confidential information?
If your company is serious then your company should always get all
new employees to sign a document like an agreement that they agree
to keep all company information confidential and would not share
with anyone outside the company etc.
If they are found to leak company information, they will be
dismissed.
