exactly! sometimes, one may read from papers that some siao kia claim they are millionaires in their twenties by setting up business or what. THen their family background so rich, knn, give him money to set up business then say they very entrepreneur. wtf, ask him to come to my family and start everything with what my mother can provide him. If he also become a millionaire, then i got nothing to say...

let say, consider all live in pte house & condo = rich, only 10% our population live in such places.
i read a report, the number of millionair in spore only got 30000 of them.
it not easy to get rich.

every week, got ppl win toto, sometimes over 1millions
suddenly, some1 with not much $, win a million, u know wat hapen?
they spend like no tomorrow, buy more toto, hoping to strike again.
tis is wat hapen to my relative, a taxi driver, after he strike 1m, every wk, he spend 2k on toto, anyhow spend his $, than ppl cheat him do biz, within a yr, he is back to square 1.....
even with so much $, one must be able to control it well, or else, got "gold mountain" also can use finish -)

true. i agree. even if u have tonnes of money, if u do not know how to use them well u can veri much lose everything instantly. and being rich is not gd or fun in aniway.. trust me. my frenz is a living example. This reminds me of dun worry be happi de huang jin lai.. lol. hmmm tink u abit crazy.. sometime ppl drive is not becos they are trying to show ppl that they are rich. maybe she stay far away then jus wanna have lunch down that food court? u will never know… dun envy others.. she may be rich but maybe wad u have she does’nt have? it’s not always wad u tink… live ur life the fullest is wad’s most important

There are quite a numbers of rich pple in singapore. Some like to show it out with cars... some are very humble. I know of one fellow, work and slog at the job and saved alot in the end of 2 yrs got 6 digit savings. When she show me .. I was shocked!!. But there are some who are given a golden spoon when they were born. Dun have to worry about anything. Just either inherit or take over the business. A typical average SG work and work just to get by each day with enough for basic and small savings.

Its quite true majority of the so-called twenties millionair got some push from the back but there are these minority who really started out with whatever they have.
I mean, take for eg. can a 21 yr-old really afford a 150k car by himself?? How is it possible unless he strike toto or his brains is really good and pple pay him good salery. But sad to say... I estimated only 3-5% did it themselves wherelese the rest are pampered by family.
For me, driving a car now is draining me alot. Have to stop going holidays, work longer hours to earn.

How I wish I can strike TOTO... dun ask for much, 100k can let me lossen up for the next 3 yrs.lolz
