CWO for those who has money and blatantly park in Handicap Lots,
is a good idea!
Imagine, having to sit on a chair in the middle of a Handicap Lot,
in a basement carpark of some downtown shopping center where there
is high traffic flow. Many people will see the person sitting there
with signboard stating offence and his/her name. Not to mention the
heat and humidity.
This will dramatically cut down on such selfish acts born out of
laziness, and arrogance of the rich.
I have money too (but not filthy yet), drive a Jag, but I always
respect and consider the less fortunate.
