The salesgirl should share some responsibilities:
1. She did not recognize the road and was lost (a salesgirl should
have a knowledge on the routes that customers are supposed to
travel). This means she was poorly-trained or did not pay
attention.
Being lost is nothing. Does it mean that
any drivers who got lost are potential dangers?
2. She could have insisted the driver to take other routes which
she would be familiar with. However, she let the driver to make the
decision.
That they are there doesn't contribute to
the accident. So many drivers had driven there before, lorries,
cars, vans, bikes, nothing happen to them. Why this particular
case?
Other factors that attributed to the accident:
1. Road condition i.e. metal- plating
2. BMW no.1's reckless lane-changing.
When have it become the BM's fault? What
reckless? Anything wrong with lane changing? This is a car that
FLEW INTO HIM IN HIS LANE!!!
3. The brake fail to work (as mentioned, the driver applied
brake)
What brakes not working? If the brakes is
not working, it wouldn't be on singapore roads.
i dunno who u are, but this is not the way to help the driver,
by pushing all blames to others. He is NOT A VICTIM! He will only
be if he died and Ms He lived!!!
