I never ask him to post or say anything regarding the incident, just want to know how to fishtail a car at low speed.

Yes it flew over the divider. The Mazda was hit by the BMW before it could even land on the ground (this is solely my presumption and I do not guarantee the accuracy of this claim).

So... that brings us to the conclusion that the Mazda has LOST a reasonable amount of speed since he got flipped in mid air (the car could not be travelling 80kph in mid air anyway). But judging from the impact of the accident, the crash was resulted from a high speed crash. With the possibilites of the Mazda travelling at high-speed in mid-air being greatly reduced, that eventually leads to the rational conclusion that the No.2 BMW was the car which was travelling at a fairly fast speed.

Does it sound logical to u if the guy is not speeding, whether he need to applied brake when the reckless beemer cut into his lane??

if the beemer can cut into his lane, surely the beemer is faster than tha mazda. the only reason why he need to apply brake is that he is speeding and when the beemer cut into his lane, he applied brake to avoid hitting the beemer

From the damage from the BMW, it also might be the speed of the Mazda which lift the car high up after crossing the kerb, land on the BMW follow by the flip and finally land on the van. right??

Have you considered the probability of the beemer squeezing into the lane? There are many manners of lane cutting but one has to consider the distance between the subject and agressor.

if the car is slow, cut or squeeze also wouldnt cause accident. think the brake is sufficient to stop the MX in time from 40km/h. really bye bye liao

If you analyze the damage of the BMW and Mazda, your possibility of the MX-5 landing on the BMW is extremely unlikely.

Notice how the BMW's front hood is caving in (towards the proximal end of the car)? A crash-landing would have the hood of the BMW caving downwards toward the ground instead. I know my description of the manner of damage is awful but I think you would get my gist.

news just reported that customers going for sports car normally dont test drive. and majority of them only allow adults 28 yrs and above to test drive.

A possibility. But I doubt so. If he is the merc driver, he would have clarified that the culprit is a FIAT-owner in his first attempt to explain to the situation. However, he did not.
