Can you further elaborate on the "very bad experience"? Are you referrin that the SE had a "bad experience" with the "accused" ? I believe she could potentially be an important witness to take the stand; if she does come forward.

And by hearsay, who did you hear it from? If you don't mind telling us because your citation of events can be rather damaging (heartbreaking) to the supporters of the accused. thanks.

SpoonX is not coming in here anymore and i just ask him about your question and he told me what happen and say if i wanted and can come clarify this.

on the fateful day, 3 young men came to mazda showroom in the late afternoon.

Yes.

1st guy is interested in the RX-8 & intent to trade in his dad's merc. (testdroves the RX-8 at macpherson)

Yes But not trade in his dad's merc but his own car which is non of our concern anyway.

2nd guy juz collected a brand new Fiat Punto 2 days before the accident. (somehow testdroves the MX-5 and was involved in that fateful accident)

He already had his car more than just few days or months. Excact non of our concern. Somehow interested in the MX5. Can afford or not or any intention to buy or not? Only the Driver himself will know.

3rd guy no intention of upgrading, juz accompany friends (driving a COE car, lancer i think)

Yes. No intention at all of buying any car just accompany. Neither driving. Does not own any car. Left after that and never follow them to test drive at macperson.

I do not know any of them. and i dun see the need to even find them as they are not even directly involved in the accident except the Driver of the MX5. What is the use of finding the other 2? I doubt SpoonX will reveal these guys too even if he were to know them.

Lastly Y are we all debating and arguing here this and that on whether whose fault or watsoever. SpoonX just came in to reveal what he know at the accident and reports from surveys which are somewhat confidential for pple to just see how the accident happen and never once did he say it was not the drivers fault but only stated that there are other factors to how the accident happened. He just stated that the driver is suffering guilt and remorse. Does that label him as supporter of the accused where even he has to bear the hurt of losing a fren which is the deceased (maybe close one)? Whether anyone buys his statement his non of his concern. He felt bad enough over this tragedy and does not deserve this kind of interogation after clarifying what he knows. I think we should leave him alone as he has and said and clarified what he knows. Have a heart pls. Learn from the reports in order to avoid such accidents in future rather than pointing Fingers here and there.

There are only few facts and truth we know:
1. The accident happened.
2. The poor SE died.
3. The driver will face guilt and punishment from the law.
Unless the driver comes out and tells the truth, the rest are just speculations and reports. The above are the only truth that we will ever know.Whatever happen before that like how many guys and so on does not really matter.

Meanwhile we should Chip in and see what we can do for the SE family to help them finacially in anyway rather than just carry on this useless debate which leads to nowhere or helping anyone in anyway but to satisfy egos in winning debates. (sorry if i offended anyone in this statement)
