i am getting my new Altis during Nov. I would like to know how long need to polish my car? i am referring to hand polish myself….. Got any polishing products can recomend mi? not too expensive but easy to do and long lasting if possible…. Wat cloth to use for polishing of car? need some advice from u Altis experts….

there are 2 knobs behind each of your headlight assembly. they look like gears.

it is indicated on each, one is to get your headlight focal point to go L/R, the other is Up/Down. space to work is pretty limited so get those tools with interchangeable head for "NUTS".

Wat make u think light colours dont get dirty easily,,they are both the same wat.. is just that dirts on black is more significant... white dont reflects dirt but there are dirts on it, is that u need to see it clearly.. this make pple think.. light colours are cleaner than dark ones.. wrong man!

Whether light colours or dark colours cars, both need to maintain its cleaniness... Cleaniness campaign is now on... Mr. Green

Ya! I agreed. All colours are the same, need to clean it very often.
I think it is very much depends on you, what colour do you prefer most.
However, heard that some colours which is not very popular, got to wait longer. Wink
BTW, anyone can advice how can I maintain Altis well? Esp. the engine part?
Any "Kamasutra" (top secret) for taking care of Altis with lowest maintainence cost? Budget control... Laughing

i'm not sure but light colour tend to deceiving hehehe...just like my silver ride...after collecting car till now...gone thru few heavy rain and raining day....i've got chance to wash loh.....it's about 1mth + liao hehehe Mr. Green

so long as it's not too muddy or so...i'm okie...so guess it only depends on owner i guess....i'll get to car wash centre to wash loh...lazy lah Embarassed Razz

Hi everyone...Just booked an black Altis today at BM(ubi). It would be my first car. Therefore I am very excited about it and can't wait for it to arrive.

Took the delux package + wg steering wheel + Vkool.

Est arrival is end of December.

U sure its V-Kool or Huper Optik cos BM only offers Huper Optik Rolling Eyes

BM does offer vkool, it is also mentioned in the owner's manual.
