1. Driver did not take Mazda TestDrive Route
The salesgirl must share some responsibility in this field since
she got lost. Besides, she could always say no to other road
alternatives.
failing to take the normal test route..does it means she has to
be killed in such a way? pls be sensible, she is doing sales..u
expect her to tell that chap to go back to mazda showroom the
moment they step out of it? be in her shoes.
2. Driver did not only kill Salesgirl but injuried another 5 in a
BMW 3 Series. A child was even in the BMW.
You must include other attributes that lead to the accident as well
(i.e. metal-platings, road conditions, traffic and the BMW which
was reportedly changing lanes recklessly).
so many people has drove on that particular road almost
everyday...i ever drove on that road too..if the metal platings
kills, i think probably it would haf caused tons of cars to crash
during this period of time. road/traffic conditions? it is
something which the driver has to adapt to. don't tell me u havent
learn it in the driving sch? the instructor can only teach u so
much but it's your own anticipation & judgement that counts. if
u freaking dun even haf these basic qualities, i suggest he should
just take public transport. such a person is a hazard to all road
users. the bmw that cuts into his lane? come on..everyone knows if
u really keep within the speed limit, there is every chance u could
just e-brake in time. swerving to the sides? unless u gone thru
some advance driving course. i doubt the guy went thru
it.
The question now is would the driver admit what happen in
drive.
You mean he would deny that he crashed the car? The news papers
already exposed him and you guys in the forums are already throwing
acid bottles in his face before he could even admit.
he is in control of the vehicle at the point of the
incident. what do u mean by deny? we throwing acid at him? come on.
its the truth and fact that he crash the vehicle. no denying
it.
1. How fast was the car before accident?
He was travelling well within the speed limit. There is NO evidence
that he is speeding at any point of time or given situation.
who are u trying to kid? are u in the vehicle? did u snap
his travelling speed with a laser gun or something? how are u so
sure that the damn chap didnt exceed the limit? yes NO evidence of
he is speeding at the point of time but same APPLIES to you having
no evidence of not exceeding the speed limit. however SIMPLE
PHYSICS shows that the requried amount of kinetic energy needed for
that kind of impact certainly exceeds the speed limit of 40 or
50km/h. its a god damn fact no one can deny. touch your heart, ask
yourself..how often do u keep to the speed limit of 50km/h on a
minor road? do u drive that speed when u test drive a car? i admit
i don't. and if you insist on lying to yourself, fine. no comments
on that.
2. What was happening?
If you do not even know the answer to this, how the hell did you
come up with your verdict?
as answered on the above. but simple physics shows evidence
and facts we can't deny
3. Was it because the salesgirl disturb him and made him not
consentate on The road as she was rushing off for a wedding
dinner?
Same answer to question 2.
how to disturb? steer the steering wheel for him? craps.
like i said earlier, as a driver should be able to adapt to all
conditions & react according to it. if u can't u are not fit to
drive. so its pure bullshit to accuse the SE of
this.
4. Why did he not take the Mazda TestDrive Route?
The salesgirl was lost and please take into account that he might
be totally clueless about the standard Mazda TestDrive Route.
Anyway, it is also the responsibility of the salesgirl to instruct
the customer regarding the directions and routes.
how sure are u that the SE lost her way? could it be a case
of the driver aren't able to stick to the standard route? yes, it
was the SE's responsibilities to "ADVISE" the customer regarding
the routes but at the end of the day, it's still the fellow who's
behind the wheels that makes the decison. even if the poor gal were
to lose her way, does it means that she has to be subjected to such
a end to her bright young life? your statements on the SE is
senseless.
no matter how tough the condition is, ultimately its the driver's
responsibility to adapt & ensure the safety of the passanger in
the vehicle. u cant deny this. looking at the poor gal's picture on
the news paper, dun u feel sad? her smile, the look in her eyes, u
can tell she has so many dreams yet to be achieved & some much
yet to be done. reading your statement on her really makes me felt
how pathetic our society has become. an innocent life taken away
yet the poor gal has been blamed as well..this is sad.
It seems that you have terribly misinterpreted my whole
argument. To top it off, I bet you did not read the previous
threads (SpoonX's clarification is crucial)
he is in control of the vehicle at the point of the
incident. what do u mean by deny? we throwing acid at him? come on.
its the truth and fact that he crash the vehicle. no denying
it.
Firstly, I did not deny that the driver had caused the accident. It
was a question of whether the person who had originally posted this
hypothesis actually believed that the driver would not admit that
he was the culprit. The part about throwing acid is in reference to
the previous reactions people had regarding the driver (another
proof you did not read the past posts).
Anyway, I do not wish to repeat myself as to the nature of
accident. And I can safely assure you that a car do not have to
travel at high speed to flip if enough momentum is gained along
with a proper fulcrum.
Please refer to thread 2 for further discussions. I do not have
that much free time explaining to every single one of you. And I
bet you are not alone.
