signaling should be done be it there is cars around you anot.
The reason is because not only cars near you are looking at your
signal, but also cars all around.
For example, if u are turning right at a cross junction and you see
a on coming vehicle, so if it doesn't signal i will assume he is
going straight, so i wait, and very often the moron will suddenly
steer into the turn left lane and turn left, i m sure this kind of
driver pisses many off, even though he himself will assume" why
signal?? also no car around me!" this is worse when most drivers
dun light to keep left when turning left, giving no indictation if
