We have contacted Ms Ball and resolved the matter. The response to our recently launched Generation mio services exceeded our expectations and caused a temporary strain on our resources. We sincerely apologise to Ms Ball for the inconvenience caused and would like to assure our customers that SingTel remains committed to providing quality service.
