I just do not support the idea of human killing one another. There may be tons of differences, be it height, skin colour, culture, penis size, etc, etc...

But deep down inside, we all have the same coloured (or very near red) blood, organs, heart, 2 legs or hands (I know I know, some do not have but you get my drift).

All because of some individual's selfish desires or twisted commitments, are the rest to blindly follow and kill one another without questioning the morality behind it? Never mind patriotism or loyalty. We all are standing on the same planet and if the one thing that should be gotten rid of, it should be us humans... AND peacefully.

Yes, but that's more in the realm of fantasy then "hard" science fiction... in which case anything goes.

The nice thing about the Halo universe is that they try to keep things still in relation to modern technology, like how despite being 300 years in the future they are still using projectile weapons and that sort of technology.

Bungie purposely made that move in their game design to allow their players to relate easier to the human side, which is really cool.

I believe it was the Sun Crusher... a tiny starfighter craft that was ridiculusly powerful and whose main weapon was supernova torpedos (that is it fired torpedos that caused suns to go supernova, making it billion of times more destuctive then the death star).

And it's quantum armour was so powerful, it could take a glancing hit from the prototype Death Star superlaser though it was damaged in the process and finally destroyed when it fell (along with the prototype Death Star), in a black hole.

In my opinion, a ridiculusly powerful weapon.
