Rsaf Female Pilot

Shotgun SG

If u want u can do a web crawl on it. Search MXU-648.

Its the travel pod that they use.

mrblitzer21 SG

so this means that the baggage are not accessible during the flight? what do they normally bring onboard the plane? so the things in the baggages are not things that they will need during the flight is that true?

ditzy SG

Its accessible. The copilot will fly the plane, the other guy who needs to reach his bag will climb out of the cockpit in flight. If alone, he'll set it on autopilot. Laughing

Shotgun SG

Stop messing with his head.

No the baggages stored in the travel pod are not accessible during flight due to the nature of the storage.

mrblitzer21 SG

then why would they carry things they do not need on the mission? like travelling overseas like that?

Moonstriker SG

surprised that he really thinks that there are baggage compartments / hardpoints.. lol..

sgFish SG

not mission la. lets say deployment to some overseas base for a few weeks stay eg. for exercise and all. so bring some hand luggage lor.

Shotgun SG

Hmm one can always pack a spare change of clothes, a book to read, mp3 player in those what. Always useful during cross country deployments in places such as the US. Don't need to wait for the logistic flight to arrive before u can pick up some of ur belongings.

Moonstriker, those ARE travel pods for packing baggage. Really! Usually made from converted 300gal tanks or converted napalm tanks.

He's just mistaken that one can access it during flight... LOL!
