Beyond Religion SG What kind of company are you working in? Does it have any religious affiliation or is it just a profit-making company? If its the latter, then your boss' actions is actually a kind of harrassment. I have had similar experience with an ex HOD of mine... She did something similar to what your boss did; basically turning the department into a pseudo religious group. She got fired in the end.....
