Some very big MNCs take efficiency very seriously. And if you're like even 5mins late, your name will be taken down and warning sent to you. Laughing No, I'm not kidding.

mistyblue SG

abusing the system will usually result in the benefits being taken away

noahnoah SG

Interview session , not even was told whether

used to be with an MNC during my internship.... they have designated lunch hours like 12-2pm take any one hour

slowly i start to notice that pple will go out at 12 then come back at 1.30 or 2pm.... apparently it's the culture there that this is ok Laughing

i heard this is not the case if u work in public sector.... the rules are more rigid Evil or Very Mad

iLuVpOrKyPiG SG

i hate it when they designate who should go for lunch at a specific time.

lunch also the boss wanted to control.

maincghel SG

depends on the co and the culture.. my co is tagged by system so every second is recorded.. Sad
some people come back early from lunch but use the time to take nap too

noahnoah SG

Luckily they never control the times
