i don't think so. i was a driver and i never heard anything
about that. and when we were in wallaby, one of the vehicles took a
tree branch and promptly deflated.
you *can* drive it for a bit on a deflated tire lah, but if you go
faster than maybe 20km/h you're going to ruin the axle.
