NUS even has a coral-reef research data around Pulau Sudong,
P.Pawai & P Senang. P Sudong is where the 2km long airfield is
on.
It also has a malaria research facility.
You can even see 2 aerial target bulleyes marker on P Pawai.
One interesting note: This airfield is where the flag-flying
Chinook hooks up with its 1.5 ton flag for NDP flyby. Obviously for
safety reason.
