The speed on an empty expressway (void of any traffic), should
be limited by the amount of money you can afford to pay in court,
confiscation of your license, and some time in jail.
Although I drive super souped up vehicles, I don't speed for speed
sake.
If you learn some form of martial arts and become a master of it,
it should only be used for defence. Not to go around beating others
up, because you can.
