zoik SG i've only really used them on military exercises.. otherwise, in most urban areas the light 'pollution' level is so high its not worth using unless you do have level3, and level3 in universally restricted [aside from free trade ports like HK]. level2 is the new civilian level1 - ie. its taking the place of level1 in the civvie market.. 2+ with improved tube/anti-flash circuitry as well.
