my 2 cents worth:
As much as possible, shld not have too much customisation, unless u
have the IT supports; u may end up with a mammoth that no one can
assist u, shld u need some adjustment, esp if the company that
helps to develop/customise it is no longer around.
best to take a ready pack that address most of ur requirements and
then customise where required, as necessary.
