But some how they like to retain the old number plate.
And somehow they like never get caught or what like that.
Think police also let them go.

Green sticker is for driving in airfields and airport. U go changi airport viewing mall u look outside all the tractors and buses and cars on the runway got a green circle. How I know? I used to work in Airbase

green circle means that the vehicle has spark arrestor installed… the tin can device at the exhaust… that’s all..

i’ve ever seen “1” and “2” plate no. on mercs. no alphabets only the number. dunno ferry what kinda big shots leh…. being escorted by alot of tps and followed by 10+ other mercs and mercs van. whoOoo…wat a scene. every vehicles on PIE were being stopped to the last lane for them to pass. waited for almost 15mins before they sped past me.
