Wanda SG

Laughing

Then go get it lor!

Diamond ring was optional for me during the proposal only....Ahem... Very Happy

choco B SG

Lucky she never specify the carat.

*oops.

Wanda SG

Actually, I imagine such a re-built estate - most flats would be quite near the roads?

Don't you all mind the noise? Or the fact that the estate is likely to have many old folks, that sort of consideration? My SO minded a lot last time. Neutral

Wanda SG

Ooi! Who is spoiling the mkt? Laughing

BufPuf SG

we were there yesterday

and it's quite okie. Still can hear the train sound even as high as 28 floor
but we will be working during the day, so i guess it's not much a big issue.

red_amoeba SG

after a while u will be used to it Surprised

another consideration is the west sun. that blk certain units will genna west sun. but the view from the living room is stunning. see it while u can cos condo is appearing on the field opp...keke.

the five room one can see the PSA port and part of CBD i think..and somemore quite windy one. so even if genna west sun still alright. Wink

BufPuf SG

i like the 5-room flat
becoz the living room is protruding out 1 - like a semi circle

too bad we ballot for the 4-room
but it's those drop down windows which i quite like.

below got 7-eleven, clinic, hair salon, coffeeshop
traffic light to redhill mrt is downstair only

shinta SG

i think i noe where u balloting for liao..

near the market mah? or near the clinic side?

BufPuf SG

near the clinic

i don't like the market side

shinta SG

i like the yong tau hoo over there Very Happy

BufPuf SG

yong tau hu?

i not so sure where is it

shinta SG

at the market there.... the store facing the road Very Happy

red_amoeba SG

yup. its nice, like condo like that. but i find it a bit difficult to clean haha. Rolling Eyes

BufPuf SG

the yong tao hu where u can't choose the ingredients 1 huh?

think i saw before
if not, sala stall

haha

BufPuf SG

ya loh
can foresee the difficulties..

haha
latest report from foga at the scene,
the view outside the windows is fantastic
can see till Bukit Timah...

but from the way he describe to me,
it kinda small as compared to my current flat..

the master bedroom is only about my room size at my current place...

i think only buy resale then can get rooms as big as my current 1

red_amoeba SG

cannot choose ingredients meh ? I thot can ? Only two or three yong tau hoo stalls @ redhill.

I think the one facing road can choose one, besides the curry rice one right?

shinta SG

yea

imagine a 5 room only slightly bigger than my future place..

Shocked Shocked Shocked

and the place isn really that big
Rolling Eyes

BufPuf SG

i think i worrying too much liao also

this kind of thing cannot hurry

when it will come, it will come

our decision was kinda impulse..

but my future father-in-law say it is a good buy if we really got it

haha..

Xcert SG

but for those who dun have the extra 60K to throw in...it means that they will have to move somewhere else...most likely far away...and the new unit they get might not be at 190K...depends on the market at that time so it might mean a downgrade of some sort...either in finances, size or location. Rolling Eyes

foga SG

yes the five room is more windy
but it's facing the rest of the blocks in BM

as long as you stay high enough in this area, sure can see psa one

i tot the 4 room view from the 28th floor was fantasic
