shinta SG

depending on where u work... sometimes gettin a car oso no good cos u end up stuck in traffic jams..

BufPuf SG

J.W as compare to north is definitely more convenient

but some people don't like becoz is near to industrial area in tuas

i go to town about 45 minutes (got express bus)
got wet market at my hosue

near to giant..

sometimes buy flat also must buy according to the GRC/RC thing
best is PAP 1, got upgrade and better benefits.

foga SG

why u stay bishan, ur guy stay tiong bahru but u looking at jurong west?

105 to 115 sqm quite reasonable for new 5 rooms

my bro's flat in pasir ris 4 room is about 110.

but his side, althoug very quiet, at night wanna drink hot milo or eat supper stil have to drive out Rolling Eyes

clementi currently got no new flats upcoming ...got to wait for them to tear down the curr interchange before they putting up new flats...thats like 2010 at least bah. Otherwise, can wait for those flats near the swimming pool, think next yr or so, can do resale liaoz. That area oso not bad. Mr. Green

I think we all have established in this thread that with convenience comes cost
It's a balance of how much you are able to pay and how much travel you can tolerate

elindra SG

Lucky my SO got proposed even though flat buy liao Laughing
Funny thing was that we didn't intend to buy a flat so soon
We were viewing flats for fun and liked the flat we bought
