In general ground floor units are cheaper and like earlier ppl
say, you can have your own little pond or garden or place to hang
clothes as you open door is open area liao 
But I still tink privacy is a bit issue. Imagine you and wife happy
shiok inside the bedroom then ppl walk past can eavesdrop. Or maybe
some couples do it without sound but then even with mouth don't
open emit sound, the banging of meat against meat also hv some
sound leh hahhaha....
