sohguanh SG Nope. When my do water pipe contractor come he say in general HDB flat 4th floor to ground floor the water power source is shoot up from ground floor upwards to service the households. Those above 4th floor is water flow down from the tank at the top of the flat to below as water pressure from ground not so powerful to shoot up till 12 floor

sohguanh SG It is all about money my fren. To you know on average for HDB flat the higher floor you buy the more expensive it is ? Ppl told me 1 floor difference 1K. Yes 5th floor ppl like caught in between hahaha..... Condominium also same. Higher floor more expensive. Average is 1 floor difference 2K.
de_middle SG Those are strays & usually they happen to be a little smarter that the full domestic cats. They'll normally come home for meals too
