the golden rule, follow the 3 arrows on the road,
past 1st arrow, slow down to designated speed. if turn amber, slow
down and stop, u should b able to stop exactly.
past 2nd arrow, still green, ok no problem, just drive thru. if
turn amber, u still b able to stop provided u were on designated
speed.
past 3rd arrow, turn amber, just drive thru provided the cars
across the road r not anxious to turn, no fines
