Under the inital plan, out of some 132 rts, 96 AirAsia will take
over while some 36 rts will be under MAS... No cross operators is
allowed except for some like KL - Kota Kinabaru... But now KL says
to create compeitiveness, they might allow MAS inside some of the
96 rts...
KL - JB is inside that list of 96
