the new shop will only start to operate in 1st of may n it is also at level 3 of marine square...somewhere near the present furniture shops location i think. Wink

Glad to find out this topic here. I used to frequent the old modeling shop at Bugis, price was good back then, started with planes, choppers, then aircraft carriers and figures.

One question/problem that's buggin me, how do you guys keep your model dust free????? I kept mine in boxes now in the store room cos, gave up cleaning the dust that's collected.

I got the last Tamiya T-55 in the shop and a Zvezda BMD-1 and walked out a happy customer.

I didn't get more becos MH's blasted 28% sale weeks before the massive firesale already broke the bank Sad

I got Trumpeter's new Challenger 2 (both versions, made two trips to the shop to buy' em. stupid), an Eastern Express BRDM-1, a Lee E-2C and three Italeri F-5Es which I intend to paint in RSAF colours.

The BRDM-1 was meant for a quick weekend build over Good Friday. I opened the box when I got home, saw the interior detail and put it aside as it would take too much work.

I started on a Dragon BMP-2 instead, the one that comes with the mine plough. Almost done.

Pity u couldn't join us for last week's excursion to SGC.... eurofighter took lots of pix.

But there'll be others Wink

Yeah, the 20% sale broke the bank, I thought I got a good deal on the Trumpeter 1/32 F-105 even without the 28% at $99 until I saw it going for $60 today...damn! Alas, no more $$ and space at home already.
