There are already residents in these BTOs. A basic feeder should
be provided for them.
Feeder 374: Sengkang - Fernvale Rd

Trunk 164: Ang Mo Kio - Sengkang
New link for Kebun Bahru to ITE College Ctrl, Sengkang West and
Sengkang MRT via CTE and TPE
EXPRESS 500: Sengkang - Orchard - Boon Lay

With all due respect, I think the way you have planned 374, 164
and 500 looks quite unrealistic.
1. I highly doubt LTA will introduce an express service going
all the way to Boon Lay from Sengkang
2. 374 duplicates 102 (which in turn still has lot of capacity)
+ 102 is faster than 374 based on proposed route
3. Don't get it why 164 has to do Jalan Kayu/SLE/CTE when it can
go direct via Sengkang West Rd or Jalan Kayu to YCK Road and CTE +
the link within AMK is quite winding which I highly doubt as LTA
routes are quite direct
4. Proposed 373 uses Anchorvale Link which is quite tight. I
prefer 373 to do Compassvale Crescent at least in one direction and
be fastest direct link to Anchorvale Crescent.
