really? then how come my whole life ppl tell me i cannot do this
i cannot do that, im a dreamer im dreaming i will never achieve
anything? because that IS the singaporean way. luckily i dun listen
to the singaporean way n do my thing. thats the problem. the
singaporean way IS listening to the brainwashing, to be who the
govt wants u to be. even if u succeed outside the system, no
acknowledgement is forthcoming. I'm pro-Singaporean too, but i want
them to think for themselves, to do what their hearts tell them to.
Individualism and the Singaporean way are sharp opposites of each
other.
