Seletar & AMDEP are quite near. If SMRT is awarded the package, AMK Int buses can park their buses at AMDEP...while Yishun Int buses can park theirs at Seletar. Unless LTA is so fussy, which I doubt so.

Same for SBST. But prefer SMRT given that they have bendy buses. But frankly speaking, leaving it as it is, or going back to the time before 1st Sept is definitely the best.

I predict Go Ahead Singapore will not get it. They ran into problems again. Their model of outsourcing refueling to other companies are subjective to issues which are not totally in their hands. Newspapers reported that the outsourced companies underpaid their workers. They sort of protested and stopped refueling for last few days due to underpayment.

Now whoever thought that bus drivers don't do own refueling is a good thing? It is a benefit provided by Go Ahead and it is good for the bus drivers but it strikes back at the Go Ahead company itself. Cheers. Thanks.

If SMRT lose,11 service lesser and relieve more parking lots.

Amdep can continue use Amdep,Lydep and probably some of Seletar lots for their BCM.Can park around 40 buses at Sembawang too.

For Kjdep side,They can utilise BPJ bus park once Bt Panjang ITH is ready.Can park around 35 buses and can use part of Woodlands Bus park.

DD on feeder / intratown is fine by me.... just please dont spam 100% shitaros or other SD's can liao.

Even if SMRT wins (worst scenario), most of their bendies will have retired by the time Seletar package is activated, leaving only 100 units which most will have been reserved for the usual WDL/BPJ/CCK routes anyway.

SMRT negotiated contracts end in 2023. By then, it would have 41 articulated buses; A24, which still have 50% lifespan. Have to incur loss.

What, full bendies? If you are talking about moderate amount of bendies I am okay with that. But if full I not sure if airport can tahan in case 858 bunches again...

SMRT just need to know how to deploy them correctly, and at the right time. Advise not to put them back to back can already(unless that's really the peak period)
