Guys, these are negotiated contracts, not
packages.
Although this is an indication of how the Bus Contracting Model
would be implemented, it does not mean all the routes in a contract
will be in that contract throughout the duration.
As to why the original operators get less money than the new
operators, it is probably because not all of the original
operators' buses will be transferred to the LTA; part of the
maintenance will continue to be borne by the original
operators.
I still think 172 and 180 will eventually join their SBS
counterparts at Boon Lay...
and, no, I do not think there will be changes to the packages
already announced.
